I have recently been working regularly in my sketch books to pass any kind of down time that I come across. The processes behind these pages are ongoing and always shifting and changing. The sketches for me are for the examination of the environments I choose to represent. This spread was done using ball point pen, and will soon be completed. However, I could be satisfied with the way the sketch is at the moment.

These are a few of the pieces I have been working on, hopefully I will have both of them finished by the end of the week. I also have some paintings in progress as well, I will make sure to post some progress shots up as soon as possible.

Recent

Working on a new graphite piece, and a painting to go with the narrative I am currently building , so keep a look out on this site for the upcoming work. Sorry the work updates have been slow, I have a number of different projects going on simultaneously and am trying to balance each accordingly. The piece below was a part of a month long drawing for the start of creating an environment that I can place my characters in, I plan on continuing with a similar subject matter in my current work.

Had the chance to take home a fox taxidermy during the winter for a day.

This fox was ancient and falling apart, barely still attached to his log.
