So here are a few shots from the traveling show I had the privilege of being a part of. My work will be featured along with other fellow MICA students, as well as work from the students of Kansas City Art Institute, and the Minneapolis College of Art. The show has been traveling to each school on a three month long tour. Sorry the photographs have a bit of a glare on them from the glass.

Watercolor on Arches

Here is a illustration I have been working on describing the gryphons that appear in Oscar Wilde's The Fisherman and His Soul. I plan on transferring this drawing lightly on watercolor paper so that I may incorporate washes and hopefully enhance the mood of the piece. Should start adding color later on today, depends on how reliable the printer will be.

This was a quick painting I did a couple of weeks back, the idea of painting more keeps coming back. For the first half of this year I have been strictly drawing, and Im hoping to have a more healthy balance of the two in my upcoming work.
